    A large B2B company struggled to modernise its e-commerce platform (NetSuite + custom shop). After a year of internal work, the project was still not launch-ready due to performance issues, high complexity, and slow change cycles.

    I joined as an external advisor across business, tech, and third-party stakeholders (including NetSuite). We reworked the roadmap, reduced scope, and simplified core architecture and delivery approach, replacing large delayed releases with frequent incremental deployments.

    Within three months, the platform reached public launch readiness. No team expansion was required—progress came from removing unnecessary complexity, correcting architectural decisions, and improving execution flow.

    A mobility startup had a working hardware product, but its digital stack (user app, fleet management, and sales platform) was significantly delayed due to fragmented outsourced development across India, Russia, and Germany.

    We were engaged to stabilise delivery and reorganise execution. We redefined ownership, introduced a predictable delivery pipeline, and improved coordination with vendors through direct technical engagement and structured quality reviews. Key components were moved in-house, with a dedicated engineering team formed for critical systems.

    Within a year, the company had a stable, market-ready digital platform and began first commercial sales.

    Joined a SaaS scale-up during rapid growth to mature its engineering organisation and delivery pipeline.

    Helped structure engineering into domain-focused teams and directly managed a small, high-performing team. The engineering org grew from 10 to 30 people as the company scaled from 30 to 200. I initiated and oversaw several initiatives to reduce support burden, improve data quality, and increase system performance, alongside leading SRE improvements to strengthen reliability and operational discipline.

    Established a structured hiring pipeline and took part in interviewing and evaluation of 300+ candidates. Also introduced early use of AI into both recruitment and day-to-day engineering workflows.

    Most initiatives were either directly driven or initiated by me, working closely with the broader team on execution.
